WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. However we are confident that our products will meet
your expectations. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please CONTACT US via email and we will work to resolve
any issues.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
There are no gift cards available as of yet, but we are currently working on providing customers with a "Gift Card" option
in the near future.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We offer a safe and secure checkout for all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.
can i make changes or cancel a custom order?
We pride ourselves on quality and quick turn-around times for custom pieces. We are happy to alter or cancel submitted
orders only if we are notified PRIOR to production. Once production has begun we are unable to change or cancel
custom orders.
